Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We hope you will be happy with your Mud Pipit Designs purchase. That said we do offer a refund and return policy on non-sale items.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty. We appreciate your understanding.

To return your purchase and gain a refund simply;

1) email katie@mudpipitdesigns.co.uk explaining why you’d like to return your item.

2) Post your item via registered post to the following address including a printout of your purchase confirmation email.

There are certain situations where no refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if in within the confines of our refund policy, will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet contact us for assistance at katie@mudpipitdesigns.co.uk.

Also check your bank account or payment processor again.

Then contact your credit card company, bank or payment processor, please be aware that it can take up to 28 days before your refund it shows in your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will be liable for both the return postage and packaging and a posting and packaging charge of the exchange item of £3.99

If your desired item is available, we will reserve it for up to 14 days whilst awaiting receipt of your current purchase which you wish to exchange. On it’s receipt until we send you an invoice via email for the postage of your exchange item. On receipt of payment of the postage, we will post your exchange item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We ask that you obtain proof of purchase for return postage for your records.
